SELF-FUNDED STUDENTS
AND TUITION FEES
Candidates not requiring Erasmus Mundus funding can also enrol in the Master in Applied Ecohydrology as self-supported students. These students shall be financially responsible for:
– University fees,
– International travel to different universities they are attending during the programme,
– Books, stationery,
– Travel documentation, visas,
– National travel, accommodation and general living expenses here
– Registration at courses/activities in the programme which are not compulsory.
Self-funded students will have access to university insurance, course field trips, course materials, access to university facilities (library, restaurant, …) and be supported by the international offices in each university of the MAEH consortium.
These students may apply for an Erasmus+ mobility grant (inter-institutional agreements have been signed) or Erasmus+ Master Degree Loans.
The MAEH consortium may also partially waive the tuition fee from applicants that were not selected for Erasmus Mundus funding but are nevertheless considered highly qualified and lack sufficient financial resources.
Tuition fee
For European Students (EU, European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland) the programme participation cost is 4,500 euro per academic year (60 ECTS).
For Non-European nationalities, the programme participation cost is 6,000 euro per academic year (60 ECTS).
The programme participation cost covers the institutional tuition fees, insurance and participation in all teaching activities of the programme, including lab courses, excursions, and master thesis project. Mobility between partner universities is not covered by the tuition fee.
